At the general meeting of Startup Lions Oy on April 3, 2023, it was decided to open a new share issue. All 3,009 shares in the issue have now been subscribed, and we gained 14 new shareholders through the issue. We thank the new shareholders for their trust in our company.
The merger of Startup Lions Oy and SUL Merger 2023 Oy is proceeding as planned with a hearing of creditors. The merger implementation date has been set for September 28, 2023.
